The idea for Inhale started with a personal struggle and a simple realization: the power of a single breath. I’m a former collegiate lacrosse player and competitive powerlifter. Throughout my athletic journey, from grueling practices on the field to intense hours in the weight room, I constantly battled one unexpected challenge—my breathing.

Lacrosse taught me the value of endurance and precision, but I always felt like there was a limit I couldn’t break through, no matter how much I trained. Then, as a powerlifter, where every lift demands maximum focus and physical power, breathing was everything. I noticed that in moments of high stress and physical strain, when I should’ve felt strong, my performance often suffered due to restricted airways. It was frustrating to put in the work, yet feel held back by something so fundamental.

After trying traditional nasal strips with minimal success and feeling like they weren’t built for the modern athlete, I knew there had to be a better solution. That’s when the concept for Inhale was born—an idea to design something that didn’t just help, but actually enhanced breathing to boost performance, focus, and recovery.

I began testing different materials and designs, aiming to find a nasal strip that would look sharp, stay secure, and most importantly, keep my airways fully open during the toughest workouts. I wanted something that felt reliable and part of my routine—just like my lifting belt or lacrosse gloves.

The result? Inhale Performance Nasal Strips. They gave me that extra edge, the airflow I needed to finish that last rep or keep pushing in the final quarter of the game. The improvement wasn’t just physical—it was mental. There was confidence in knowing I could push myself without being held back by something as simple as breathing.
